Endless biking - We have a great working relationship with these guys and if you have a few days in the city its worth checking them out, they know the North Shore like the back of their hand.

Airlines that fly into Vancouver from Europe
Canadian affair -Most often cheapest, but budget for excess baggage to transport your bike, from 18-30 pounds each way. Thomas Cook planes are more comfortable than transat.
Air Transat - Often the cheapest and part of the Canadian-affair website, normally most uncomfortable flight.
British Airways - Can work out cheaper as thereis no additional cost for sport equipment including bikes at time of writting.
Air Canada - Has some good offers on occasion, good legroom, free drinks. Additional cost for bike is $50 at time of writting.
KLM - via Amsterdam, but very comfortable planes. Unable to find info on bike transport.
